Exchange/Replacement

We have a 5-day replacement/exchange warranty for manufacturing faults or defects. If any issue is reported within 5 days WhatsApp, then your item shall be replaced only if the packaging and all internal pieces are intact. If the packaging or any part has been lost, we will not be able to replace/exchange your item.

To start a return, you can contact us on our WhatsApp and share your order ID along with your concern. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address as well as instructions on how to pack and send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

A 100% refund (excluding delivery costs) will ONLY be given if the defected product is not available in our warehouse. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
