You will receive an automated confirmation message. Only after clicking the 'confirmed' option, will your order be considered confirmed and effective.

We will deliver the products you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. Delivery times range from 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) depending on your city.

We have a 5-day replacement/exchange warranty for manufacturing faults or defects. If any issue is reported within 5 days WhatsApp, then your item shall be replaced only if the packaging and all internal pieces are intact. If the packaging or any part has been lost, we will not be able to replace/exchange your item.
