Exchange/Return Policy
- Our parcels are allowed to be opened so you can check before payment.
- For defects or faults, we have a 5-day replacement/exchange warranty. No refunds or returns for "change of mind".
- If any issue is reported within 5 days via WhatsApp, then your product shall be replaced/exchanged but only if all the pieces are intact.
- You are requested to return your item in the packaging and condition in which it was sent to you at our address. Once the returned product is received and checked by our team, we will send your new product to you.
